The neck is too high but otherwise amazing

Surprised it is true to size. I'm 5 inches and 110 pounds and a size 4 in Lulu. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly in all areas except the neck. The neck has a strange curve and is an inch longer. I always wear my jacket buttoned all the way up, but this jacket doesn't do that. It was uncomfortable, choking me and looked like it had swallowed me. But otherwise it fits perfectly. The fit was better than what I got from Q.
