I like that it's easy to use, you don't have to be tech savvy or know how to operate your computer in order to create an account. It also helps with saving time since there are no paper documents being sent out. Sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes before someone gets back to me if they're busy sending other projects through their email so sometimes this is frustrating. When creating new accounts we had to give our cell phone number twice which was kind of annoying but when we did get a hold of them quickly enough everything worked great. The only thing I dislike about rapidfax is that it doesn't allow you to make copies of files while you're waiting for something to come back from the customer service department. Also, sometimes it takes longer than expected for customers to respond especially if they've been called away from work.
