Fairly heavy, no complaints. Do not use the supplied screws. They may be SS men, but whoever they were, I turned heads on all but two. I bought SS screws at a local hardware store and am very happy with them. I installed all the brackets but waited until it was warmer to attach to the roof of my RV.
