I usually use Isopure protein powder which has no real or artificial sugars but wanted to try a new flavor. Bought it based on the reviews. It's insanely cute. Science has proven that the body responds equally to both real and artificial sugar; causes an increase in fat cells. This is great if you are a bodybuilder or have cancer and need to gain weight. This is not what you need if you want to lose weight and get in shape like me. Too bad they don't make a sugar free product. Everything thrown in the trash.
