They fit my ears perfectly. For some reason my left side is healing more and more slowly. It's been over a year, I've had to treat multiple infections and so far I've had nasty post piercings around a stainless steel bar and the other side has been constantly itching. I was constantly checking my earrings because they bothered me. I switched to them and after about 5 days all my problems stopped. The only times I notice them now is when I'm cleaning them or looking in the mirror. If I had to be picky I would say I wish the ball was bigger, my other pair was more aesthetic in my opinion because the ends were much larger. It's a treat, which is fine, just not my preference. As long as they don't cause me constant discomfort or irritation, I have no complaints.
