I found a use for this bit on my SDS drill. I had to attach a metal lathe to the concrete and secured it with 1/8" rock nails. Since 1/8" masonry bits are only available in 1/4" hex and round shapes and are not advertised, I consider the mount to be useful.round drill bit and started drilling.after the 3rd hole the ring that kept the chuck from rotating when tightening came loose and interfered with the hammer.in the end I removed it because it was painful to use with it working.. When I tried to reset the depth and tighten the bit, I found that it was stuck in the set screw. It turned out that the M6 left-hand screw had snapped off. Bits. Needless to say, the project got stuck is until I can find another drilling option.
