You can't tell that the shoes are made of synthetic material. I swear the material is real suede. The durability of the shoe is excellent and it manages to stay relatively clean. We usually like Globe shoes for their comfort and durability, but this shoe has stood the test of time and the rigors my son endures day in and day out. I only wish they had more in his size!
