Review on 🌀 Quantum Extra Body Acid Perm - Classic for Enhanced Bounce and Volume by Anthony Shang

Since I have no other way to contact you, I will do it this way. I have been a state-certified beautician since 1989. I specialize in coloring and perming. I use quantum perms all the time. I just ordered the Quantum Extra Body perm from you. As soon as I received it, I noticed that the bottom of the box was open. I didn't attach much importance to that. I had direct deliveries to the salon who had the same issue but after using the perm I noticed it didn't smell quite right but I thought it was ok maybe they just changed the formula. I applied the perm solution and left it in a warm room for 20 minutes. I flushed with hot heat for 5 minutes. I wiped myself dry. I applied a neutralizer. given 5 minutes. He took out the curlers, massaged his hair and rinsed it with cold water for 5 minutes. It did absolutely nothing! The hair looks the same as before the perm. The hair does not smell like a perm. I have to wonder if the solution has been replaced with something else! Thanks, totally disappointed customer.
