As you can see in the video I posted the mount doesn't work and the monopod falls. I've only used it twice, both times at weddings for videography, both times on a Canon 5D Mark iv with a 70-200 lens, hoping that such an expensive and solid monopod would work flawlessly. But during the toasts, she began to fall at the first wedding. But at the second wedding 2 days later I couldn't use the 3rd strut for lifting as it fell completely on the weight of the camera. It is impossible to tighten the bracket with a plastic key, which is clearly shown in the video. I will ask for a replacement. Update: Got a new monopod within 2 days. Works fine, doesn't crash. However, I just want to point out that the wrench that comes with the braces is plastic and doesn't work that well.
