I recently bought an XP-Pen drawing tablet and only had DP ports to connect to, so I had to get an adapter. I thought the low price was great and it was: unique. The tablet worked once in total. I was frustrated because I thought it was an issue with the tablet, so after an hour of talking to tech support I decided to try the adapter on my monitor instead and plug the tablet directly into HDMI. The tablet started to work. The monitor no longer works. This adapter is not worth it. Please buy better. You may think it's only $5, why not try it? But it's not worth the time and frustration. If I looked at this directly after getting it to work the first time I would say different things, but after the problem finally narrowed down to the adapter and it stopped working I really wouldn't want anyone else goes through. Just take one of the $15.
