Excellent sundial/compass. The weight is good and it appears to be a quality product. The compass works great, as does the sundial, and the case seems well made too. For me who is into old technology (non-digital/computer technologies), mechanical and non-mechanical, this part is ideal. I'm sure I will benefit a lot from going camping and camping. My only minor complaint, and I knew this from the photos of this item before purchasing it, is that it does not have a belt loop. Chain. It has a small clasp but not enough to attach the chain to a belt or belt loop. However, this can be easily remedied by attaching a piece of leather with a loop to the chain, or a large carabiner that can be attached to the chain and belt.
