I ordered two sets of five large and five small glass food prep containers. Delivery was quick and the boxes were well packaged. Upon inspection, I noticed that the four large caps had hairline cracks next to the brackets. I emailed the company using the address on the warranty card that was in the box. I was contacted within 12 hours and a new set of five large jars and lids was dispatched after providing an order number. I have used multiple containers to freeze a batch of pork chops. Three pork chops are placed in a large container. If necessary, four people can fit inside. The clips were strong and not at all difficult to use. I like that the silicone ring in the lid slides out so it can be cleaned if food gets underneath. So far very happy with the product and service.
