Some bag door handles can be locked. But this one can't. And that's not entirely a disadvantage either. The lock is just an added complication that is completely unnecessary. Unlike a swing door, a sliding door cannot close by itself. And never accidentally closed. So if it's closed, then someone closed it on purpose. No lock is required to indicate that the door was closed on purpose. And this kind of door is never used for high security. So forget the lock. It's useless. This connection is simple, easy to install and reliable enough for its purpose.
