I've had mixed results with this KVM. It worked well on one of two PCs, a newer one with an NVIDIA GTX 1080ti graphics card driving a fast 2K monitor. Switching mouse and keyboard worked flawlessly. The second PC I used with it was older with an NVIDIA GTX970 graphics card. With a direct connection, an old PC can drive a 2K monitor with 2K resolution normally, even with a high refresh rate, but when trying to pass through the KVM switch, the screen went black shortly after Windows started, even if this PC the primary was . Only one works through the switch. When I unplugged the HDMI cable from the switch and plugged it directly into the monitor, everything worked fine. But then of course I couldn't switch the monitor between the two PCs. I don't know if there's another undocumented limitation or incompatibility with the Switch and older graphics cards, but I couldn't get the video to work with any of my PCs. If both PCs were newer, maybe everything would be fine.
