bounces wide fits carburetor

I fitted this to my Vstar 1100, the needles popped up 10-25, when I adjusted the damper down the gasket covered the hole. they could not be adjusted to get rid of the needle chatter no matter how hard I tried; open or closed were the only options. 2 stars for the number of adapters included. but the usability was terrible.
