I liked Chi. However, 21 months after I bought the Chi Pro G2 Digital 1-inch Titanium Coated Ceramic Styling Iron, it stopped heating up. The Chi G2 I bought comes with a two year warranty. However, the warranty is void if the product was not purchased from a professional salon. ! Grrrr! I reckon over 21 months from a straightener, especially considering the price I paid. I thought I bought a quality product - apparently I didn't! Product warranty should NOT depend on where the product was purchased.
