Goods packed well, but defective! The violinist's spring steel on one of the shoes fell off before it could be installed. Another rivet on this last was also left too high. I had to grind the rivets flush to install them. It seems that quality control is a big issue. I have been involved with cars and brakes for over 40 years. When I wrote to the company about this, they wanted me to take a picture and prove that I bought this product. It's like trying to steal one pad out of four from them! Thanks to Carl von Hawk I will keep everyone updated on their great quality and support.
