However, it's not perfect. It has no covers to cover unused sockets and no flat plug. I would rate it 5 stars if it had these 2 things. I couldn't tell what kind of plug it was from the photo when I ordered it. (I uploaded one myself). I use TrippLite for my home PC and I've been using the metal Tripplite Isobar at work for 15 years - it's weathered many storms and continues to connect. This is a metal surge protector and looks very well made and sturdy. From what I've read online the joule rating for it is decent and the clamping voltage (RMS) is better than most others in this price range.
