Perfect fit. I have size 4-6 years old. My daughter wears a size 11. They looked too small but once on they were perfect! She is 5 years old and must be among ballerinas on the day of the photo. She didn't need 5 pairs and I almost didn't get her because I only needed 1 pair. I couldn't find anything else in her size so I had to. No regrets but I wish you guys could just pick a pair or two.
