Pretty easy to put on but I have 7 pieces A and 5 pieces B so one hurdle is crooked. I contacted the seller and let him know what happened and he responded quickly and offered a solution which I am happy with and accepted. The gear to use is generally pretty good (thumbs up). They are very adaptable and if you accidentally bump into or step on one of them, it will collapse as well, preventing it from breaking and easily bouncing back. They are adjustable for high and low use by simply rotating the poles/stands in opposite directions. Easy to set up, generally satisfied.
