Very happy with it. Not only do they feel like quality sticks, they fit perfectly and are much smoother than the originals. My left stick no longer sticks or twitches (a problem I seem to have frequently with new controllers) and the controls feel more responsive than before. The only thing is that it takes a little getting used to the feel and as another reviewer said, getting small grip pads is worth considering. I'll probably get by without them, although I've gotten to a point where I don't even realize it. It will depend only on you. It's also an amazing deal, especially since it came with tools to open the controller. I already have a set so haven't used it but figured they would do the job as well. I wish I had done this sooner!
