Update: I will leave my 1 star review for the terrible customer service. After I contacted them and informed about the poor quality and that in less than 2 months the stitching had already unraveled, they just said "sorry" and I will buy something new if I want with a discount. I will definitely not buy from your company again. I would give 0 stars for the quality if I could. I bought 2 of these coats, one for each of my puppies and neither of them lasted 2 months! I had high hopes when they first came out because they looked so beautiful. However, one was thrown out 2 weeks ago because it got stuck in 1 spot and was then torn into pieces. The other is already badly worn but was still functional until this week when the abdominal brace sewn underneath came loose and could not be reattached rendering it unusable. We tried using it with a homemade buckle but it works well, especially since the back straps snapped too! I am very disappointed especially when I paid so much for 2 coats!
