I really like this product, I will use it, but it does not cover most of the back. I have 2 blue heels, one @ 35lbs and the other @ 55lbs. I ordered medium and large they fit well just wish they were longer.

This coat fits my dog like a glove and she loves it! I want to take it off her during the day but she won't let me! She always wants to go outside. I'm so glad I got her this. I live in the UK and the nights are below zero and the daytime is between 60 and 70 degrees. But no, she wants to wear it. It keeps her very warm. When it's cold outside and she comes in, I put my hand under my coat and her body is warm!

This coat is simply gorgeous! Axel is a beagle mix with long legs and a long body. I bought a large one first because I thought it would fit, but it was too short and only ran halfway down his back. So I went for XL, assuming it would be too big, but it's perfect. For reference, Axel weighs 47 pounds. Wool of decent thickness, beautiful and lined. The outside is smooth and water resistant, but I bought it for cold weather, not rain.

I bought this for my 80 lb bully mix for the Pennsylvania cold weather. She is very muscular with a large head and thick neck. Size XL fits her a bit and is difficult to put on her head and neck. It's also a bit short as it doesn't really cover her ponytail. A larger size would be ideal. But in terms of warmth and quality, it's pretty warm. It is thick on the inside with Sherpa lining which we needed for her thin coat and arthritis walks.

Update: I will leave my 1 star review for the terrible customer service. After I contacted them and informed about the poor quality and that in less than 2 months the stitching had already unraveled, they just said "sorry" and I will buy something new if I want with a discount. This is a fantastic sweater for large chested dogs. One of my biggest challenges as an owner is finding the right jacket for my dog as he has a barrel chest but after a lot of trial and error I've found a winner. This jacket has nothing to do with sweaters from the pet store, it is very well made and soft. This is a thick, beautiful, well tailored coat. Definitely better than what you find in regular pet stores for the same price!
