Very expensive for a not even powerful fan. "Cool" is a trick. The fan blows room temperature air at best, and sometimes even hotter as the drive heats up internally. Add water and all that leads to it: nothing. It has no structural elements that ensure efficient water circulation to generate cooler air. The fan itself blows air about 3.5 feet at high speed.
