Compared to my 6 year old Keurig the quality of this product is terrible. The plastic is so brittle and flimsy that when I removed the small strips of tape holding it in place for shipping, a piece of the container plastic came loose. A thin, sharp, broken splinter is a laceration just waiting to be passed. The coffee basket is difficult to insert into the carafe and is also made of very thin plastic. I can predict it will break after a few uses. The idea of having both a carafe and a K mug is great. But for $209, the quality is just terrible. i give it back
