I love these glasses!
The difference in lighting is amazing and much better for my eyes. I already noticed a difference at the end of the day. My only possible complaint is that the ends of the stems are a bit tight and my head is 51cm (just over 20 inches) in circumference and slim. They might be uncomfortable for those with wider faces, but the legs don't go through metal, so you can widen them by heating them with a hair dryer to loosen the plastic.
