NOT WATERPROOF! Electronics fried with ice/water

I have the item less than 7 months old. I wasn't sure if it was still working as I didn't hear the beep in the house. I tested it and it didn't work. I brought the eye sensor indoors after hearing water in it. I took it apart and inside was a block of ice and water. The circuit board will be discolored and destroyed because it is not weatherproof. This is a big disappointment! I would not recommend this product due to the product's short lifespan and price.

Distance and sensor issue

Temperature sensor not working properly during the day. It continuously issues Thales alerts 90% of the time. I've moved it several times and it still gives false signals. I live in Nevada which is hot so I don't know if that makes a difference. If there are problems in hotter climates, the manufacturer should inform their customers. It was very easy to install. It also worked great at night, but it should also work perfectly during the day. The 1/2 mile distance didn't work for me either. I…

Worked just as advertised.

I've had the unit less than a week so I don't have much experience with weather protection. But I am very satisfied with the range of the devices. I have a 1200 foot driveway that runs through woods with some elevation changes. The closest unit is about 400 feet from the house and is just below line of sight of the house with some small trees and bush in between. The farthest sensor is about 1,000 feet from the house and slightly higher than the next, having to travel about 600 feet through…

Great system, great customer service.

I bought this system with two sensors for entrance surveillance on june 2nd '20. I installed one sensor at the entrance and the other halfway to confirm someone is entering. The system was easy to set up, but I had to read the instructions multiple times to understand the on/off and sensor settings. I bought an older model of this motion detector for my new home a few months ago and decided on the newer model. Very easy to install, instructions are easy to use. So far it's been easy to set up and install and has worked pretty well. However, I'm only giving it 4 stars because I would describe all 35 tunes to choose from as "cheesy". It's not that the sound quality is bad, it's just that they don't seem right for so many situations. For example, why would you want a Happy Birthday song, Music Box dancer, or Fur Elise to play when a car pulls up in your long driveway? Really great detector - works as it should

At the end of May I bought a HTZSAFE Solar Alarm. I had problems with detectors from two different brands. They gave false alarms when the sun rose or set. I swear even in the wind there must have been dirt or something because even then it could have gone away. Here are the previous ones. THEN I got a HTZSAFE with two sensors and a receiver. We use this sensor at the end of a 600ft driveway. Mostly to warn us of oncoming vehicles. The receiver is inside the house on the inside wall. We already have a previous generation sensor and receiver. Getting them all to talk to each other was very easy by following the instructions in the manual. Update: No longer recommend these. I used to love them until I realized that if you have even a cloudy day, the sensors won't work that night!
