I bought this system with two sensors for entrance surveillance on june 2nd '20. I installed one sensor at the entrance and the other halfway to confirm someone is entering. The system was easy to set up, but I had to read the instructions multiple times to understand the on/off and sensor settings. The system worked flawlessly until the end of June, then my intermediate sensor started to fail. I emailed: contact@safehomee and told about the problem. The owner let me check my purchase numbers (he even gave some tuning tips which I tried but the sensor still didn't work) and shipped me a new sensor via UPS within two days. Adding a new sensor to the receiver was easy and I was soon back to work. Mr. Robin Yang from Saferhomee was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. I plan to add more seniors later.
