Excellent Products & Exceptional Customer Service

They have helped us in every way possible! From product suggestion to account management, no issue is too big or small. Their customer service is unparalleled. Every time we have had an issue with our software, it has been fixed within minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this team! We have used them as consultants for two years now and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced partner! Our project was designed to help automate our retail store's POS sales process and provide better support when needed. The best part of working with them was their level of efficiency in creating and implementing complex systems. As a very large organization, they were able to work quickly without creating any issues in the code itself. I like that CDI offers a wide range of products, that can be used for both small businesses and large corporations. I also like that they have a very user-friendly interface. I dislike that I have not been able to find a way to have a custom logo, or to have a more robust layout. I have been using CDI for a few years now, and have been very happy with their products. I have used their payment processing, point-of-sale, and e-commerce solutions.
