This set is worth the price of the blue roller alone. The other included balls were helpful, but nothing beats this blue reel. My wife has a ball that looks gray so I originally bought this set. It wasn't quite the same as hers, but when I used the blue reel I didn't care. I have plantar fasciitis and in addition to the necessary stretches, I roll my foot on different balls to relieve the pain. I highly recommend buying this set! I would buy him a star as a gift for anyone who has had a similar struggle with plantar fasciitis!
