Review on 🍊 PCA SKIN Hydrating Toner - Alcohol-Free Moisturizing Facial Toner: Fruit Extracts, 7 oz by Tara Williams

Appears to be a very good moisturizing toner. I noticed how soft my skin became after cleansing and applying this toner. However, my skin is dry as Sahara, so after I'm done with my serum, I apply a moisturizer to seal it all in. I think everyone over twenty-five needs a moisturizer. At least for me, this toner is not a substitute for a moisturizer. I've never had sensitive skin so this toner has never irritated my face and I think even people with sensitive skin can use it morning and night. (Although I use a glycolic acid tonic in the mornings because I want cell turnover to continue). Extracts that are so good for our skin. The only thing I don't like is the dispenser. This toner has a pump dispenser and its design is inconvenient. It's difficult to hold a cotton swab in one hand and press the dispenser with the other hand, which doesn't always work. I usually have to put a cotton swab on the sink and then press the dispenser or the toner won't come out. While I love this toner, I probably won't be ordering more due to the design and the difficulty of using the dispenser. It seems like a very small thing, but it's not, and it gets even more annoying when you have to deal with it on a daily basis. would be a good choice. I prefer specific toners like glycolic acid toner, niacinamide toner, etc., but I often use a second hydrating toner on top of that. It's just a matter of personal preference.
