And don't even get me started on the customer service; they were unhelpful and dismissive, and it seemed as though they were more interested in making a quick transaction than addressing my concerns. The website may be simple to navigate, but there is a very limited collection, and it is not worth taking the chance. Anyone searching for dependable and long-lasting laboratory equipment should not purchase their supplies from Glass Bottle Outlet in my opinion. Don't put yourself through the hassle; seek elsewhere.
