Welded without any problems. They need to be double checked because they don't see. Desire to stay in limbo. Condensate comes out of the flanges and they seem to have a small amount of exhaust leaks. Everything fits nice and tight so I'm not sure what's wrong. For the price I live with it. I bought 4 extra V-Straps as I saw reviews of them breaking. The 4 that came with flanges fit the flanges perfectly. 4 supplied separately do not fit the flanges. The pair is too tight and you can't even tighten them enough to get the screw on the T-bar.
