Arrived quickly, instructions are fine. I'm not sure the installation would be that easy if I hadn't already seen a YouTube video on how to do it. The photos in the instructions are small and difficult to see, but sufficient. Why did I give this one star? I followed the instructions for the letter "T". There were no problems until the damper was installed. The top part of the truck body straightened up when I pushed with my hand, the bottom part of the tailgate didn't sit up no matter how I pushed. It turned out that part of the spring clip holding the head to the ball was broken and was inside the head itself, preventing it from moving. I removed the broken piece and now the head will continue but not stay. Not impressed with the final quality.
