Mine came second hand but I'm still happy

Definitely used. It does what I want, which is to make the perfect hole size for my labels. While it works well, I very much doubt I'll have any problems. I'm quick to return something but just brush it off and insist it would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been used for the look/feel. I would recommend if you are looking for a 1/8 hole punch. I have shown the standard sized hole in my binding versus the 1/8th hole on the map.
