Quality leather
They are well lined and the mittens are long enough to keep cold air out of the sleeves. The gloves are a bit tight but the leather is soft enough to stretch a bit for a perfect fit. Enough insulation to keep hands warm without being bulky. We don't ride when it's under 50 outside so not sure how well they work when it's really cold.
