Clasp does not work properly
I wanted a new strap for my Fitbit Luxe as the strap that came with it was causing my wrist to come loose. The product arrived quickly and in excellent condition but when I put it on the clasp kept coming loose. At first I thought I didn't close the locking mechanism properly, but I didn't. One end of the tape keeps breaking. Upon closer inspection, the groove at the end of the strap that attaches to the Fitbit appears to be too smooth, causing it to come loose. Given the price you get what you paid for.
