I bought this item when it arrived it wasn't working. So I was a bit upset about that. Customer service contacted me and refunded the money based on my review as I didn't get my money back. Maybe it's best if you buy a genuine Xbox brand, to be honest it costs a few bucks more. Maybe this product is right for you? Doesn't work for me.
