Price and quality are utterly unrelated. You can purchase a nice mouse for that amount of money or a little bit more. Please take note if you intend to play with this mouse. I suggest against purchasing. Remember that the market for online purchases is fairly tiny. Only using it as a mobile/portable mouse is practical.
