Excellent grip - better than anything else I've tried and still allows me to hold my racquet comfortably and play actively. It's a relief to know my wrist won't hurt again and I can relax and just play. Not as strong as I'd like, but if I work really hard for a few hours three times a week, it wears out where the ends of the inner rails meet the fabric. But it works so well and is so cheap compared to some others that I can buy a replacement every few months. (I would give it 5 stars for efficiency, 5 stars for comfort, 3 stars for durability)
