The best thing about this software is that it has all information you need for compliance with EU-GDPR rules (Privacy Policy / Data Protection Officer). It's easy enough for small businesses without legal expertise or knowledge of data protection laws to understand what they should do under these new regulations. I wish there were more templates available so we could create our own privacy policies as well as having access to them when needed. When creating my first Privacy policy using their tool - I realized how many things can be missed out while drafting such documents since some items are not included by default. So far no complaints from users regarding usability issues during implementation phase. We have created several different types of privacy statements including those applicable to both personal & professional use cases. This helps us comply fully with upcoming GDPR legislation requirements which will take effect next year. Our customers now know exactly where/how to find important info.
