Updated - I don't recommend Vantrue N1 PRO - Too many issues

Vantrue contacted me and sent me a new updated mount that worked great. It is not rushed at all and reliable. Good for Vantrue for what they stand behind their products. Thank you Vantrue. It looks like a great camera and has a lot of great reviews. I suspect many of the reviews were written before they were received for any length of time. In this case, the first problem was with the suction cup. It won't be long and the camera will drop at any moment. If this happens while driving, the camera will shake (mine was hardwired, so only a few inches). Yes, the window was clean. The bond is also weak. I suspect that due to the need to constantly attach the suction cup, the suction cup became weak and eventually broke or cracked as shown in the photos above. Yes, I ordered a new one from Revain for only $5.99, but what really pissed me off is that it's TAKING MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE IT SHIPS FROM CHINA! It's terrible. No notice when ordering. Shame on Vantrue and Revain. The next issue is the Micro SD card placement and/or locking mechanism. I ordered a Samsung PRO Endurance 128GB Micro SDXC card with adapter - 100MB/s U1 (MB-MJ128GA/AM) made specifically for dashcams and video, costing almost half the price of the camera and on one of the incidents , as the camera moved away from the windshield glass, it must have been hit while swinging and fired from a spring-loaded slot on the camera. Unfortunately I'm still looking for the chip. I had to keep my eyes on the road as I drove so as not to see where it was going. Again very disappointed with the product. I was able to insert another SD card, but that's not the point. What if there was an accident and the card was blown and all my evidence was gone? Everything I should consider for my next dash cam purchase. Of course, this is followed by a general statement (a prepared response that can be seen in every other review to contact them blah blah blah.) from VantrueA, the real company if they want to keep their business overnight with a newer Dumbass as she comes across as forgiving and without her the camera is difficult to control. I know I didn't tell them and just ordered another one for $5 with the price but I never expected it to come from China in a month. SMX. Bad deal. Now I haven't had a camera for at least a month but I think I'll end up buying something else to have here and use. Another disadvantage is the setting of the overload force. By default, this is the middle of only 3 settings. With all the potholes on the post-winter road, most of my files ended up in a safe folder because the default always thought it was an impact. I had to set it to the lowest level, which bothered me on a minor crash, the file might not have been locked. I have no way of knowing what is triggered by the G-sensor. 3 settings for G-Force was not a good idea. I could probably go on, but I'll stop here. The camera is not cheap and has been on the shelf for a month because of the MFR. Ships from China.
