Fits the description completely, very satisfying.
You can mount it to the wall or set it on a tabletop. The installation was simple, but after I hung the monitor, the mount started to drop it. I ended up tightening it too much, and it almost cracked, but now the screen is securely in place. After three months, there have been zero problems.
