Purchased to hang a 3.25" deep modem/router combo in the widest segment. This wall mount is designed for any depth from 1.5" to 3.75". Mine should fit judging by these measurements, but it doesn't. If HumanCentric cannot send me the correct size adjustable arms, I will return the item. Update: HumanCentric replied to me saying that the specified measurement depth can be achieved by rotating the brackets 90 degrees (meaning the vertical bracket at the top is not as high as I would like). Once the position has been changed, it works. The bottom dimension of my router/modem is deeper than the top dimension, so I left the top brackets as is. Now it works fine but only gives three stars because they should be in their specs. You do not need to email customer service to get this information.
