I've been using it for 1 day so far. The sound transmission mode does not make it clear where the sound is coming from. If you ride a bike outside the city, then probably ok, you will hear an approaching car. And if in the city, then you hear something going, but where it is not clear. Pros: The sound is not perfect (I noticed on classical music, it’s better with headphones, I didn’t compare it alternately), but better than expected. Heart rate monitor. Removable temples for a more secure fit. Got cons: There are no volume buttons on the headphones. Fastening without temples is usual. I don’t think it’s suitable for sports. (Before that, there were headphones not with a round plug in the ear, but with a curly one, so they were fixed tightly). If you install the arms, then I think everything will be ok.
