It is easy to install and works very well. There was a lot of vertical and horizontal play between the Curtis hitch and the RoadMaster High Lo hitch adapter. With the built-in immobilizer, there is no backlash, the connection is reliable! I was afraid of landing, but there was enough space. I chose this one because I have a solid stem hitch adapter so a cheap anti-rattle pin wasn't an option. And simpler, cheaper alternatives to clutch tightening haven't completely eliminated free play for all reviewers. I think this one is the best because it tightens the clutch vertically and horizontally.
