Constant flickering when using 240Hz or 144Hz at 1920x1080.
I tried this cable with my ASUS ROG Swift PG258Q 24.5 inch at 240Hz and 144Hz and it flickers like crazy when using a refresh rate. My monitor is fine because it works great with the OEM display port that comes with it. Screen resolution 1920x1080. This rating is for 16.5 feet of cable.
