Exactly what is shown in the picture. 2 long rubberized plastic strips with thin adhesive strips on the back for holding. In my case they were added to a 2013 Civic and the length was perfect, no cutting needed. The width was a different story, it had to be trimmed down to 30 inches or so. You'll need very sharp scissors, the sharper the scissors, the easier it will be to cut. I started with a straight blade and it didn't work so I switched to scissors which are much better. It's good for what it's designed for, threshold protection. It doesn't add any aesthetics. The price is right.
