Looks great on my Cruze

I installed them on my Chevy Cruze. I had to cut them both lengthwise and widthwise. The crease on the edge doesn't quite match the crease on the sill, but it's not noticeable. Enough for all four doors with a small scale.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No power

Waste of money

Wrong shape. The sill is slightly curved and the plastic does not flex to conform to the window sill. It's also too wide. I had to cut it down the middle so half the width and half the length is lost. Complete scam and waste of my money. I won't buy anything from them again.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Some problems

They didn't fit my 2015 Chevy Equinox. I ordered them in January and today I was waiting for good weather 70 degrees and they don't fit in the car. Too late to send back as overdue. I'll have to try and crop and adjust them. I need to trim the length and width to fit. wish me luck

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Add a few more strips of double stick tape

I've been looking everywhere for 2019 Chevy Colorado chafe guards. - The lip was closed. A bit pricey for what you have - you need to buy another rear door kit. Don't understand why any of these companies aren't selling custom ones for my truck, just tons of Colorado's on the street

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Speed

The plastic over the glue is OLD, won't peel off!

The plastic that protects the adhesive is very difficult to remove. It is very brittle and will not peel off. I had a roll of 3M double sided emblem tape which I used instead of spending HOURS removing small bits that would come off trying to peel off their protective coating! The rest of the item itself is mostly plastic, not rubber at all. Can be quite slippery when wet or snowy. Decent design, worthy of looking for a stand.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • None

I will definitely do the work.

You do not have the stamp shown in the picture. it's vertical lines that run parallel to the length and look like a series of dashes, which is actually better. Haven't installed it yet but will definitely buy another 3m tape for them as there is only one narrow strip running the entire length. They are definitely long enough and wide enough to fit in any vehicle I can think of. Sufficient material is available for the necessary stocking. I should be very happy when this is all settled.

Pros
  • Made in the USA with Limited Lifetime Warranty
Cons
  • I will not tell

What you see is what you get

Exactly what is shown in the picture. 2 long rubberized plastic strips with thin adhesive strips on the back for holding. In my case they were added to a 2013 Civic and the length was perfect, no cutting needed. The width was a different story, it had to be trimmed down to 30 inches or so. You'll need very sharp scissors, the sharper the scissors, the easier it will be to cut. I started with a straight blade and it didn't work so I switched to scissors which are much better. It's good for what…

2004 Expedition Universal Door Sill Protectors

With a bit of tweaking and time they worked great on my 2004 Expedition. 1 1/2 hours for the first assembly with additionally purchased magazine on double-sided tape, then 30 minutes for screwing the next weekend. It took 2 packs of footpegs to cover all 4 doors of the SUV. Cut the protrusion at a 90 degree angle, then slowly trim it to length with sharp scissors using the masking tape as a guide edge at the bottom of the screen. Put it in the sun for a while to pre-bend it, and then put a…
