First of all, the thing is massive. You will never have a nicely made bed again, instead it will appear as if there is always someone hiding under the covers. The pillow itself was OK. It really improved the quality of my sleep by providing support and I actually had less back pain, but it was really uncomfortable in a very specific area. The inseam on top was sewn with no deviation, so it digs into my shoulder, while all the padding out of the seam pushes into other areas, leaving only a flat, unsupported area at the junction of the neck and shoulder. That's why I wanted to return it. Then I realized there was no way I could return this ridiculously large pillow. It was sealed in 3 different vacuum bags and didn't fit in any of the boxes we had on hand to send back. We need a large equipment box to bring back this human-sized pillow. I contacted Revain and they refunded the pillow, but now we're stuck with a huge pillow that neither of us use, so we're going to give it away as we can't easily store it in case a guest finds it comfortable. For sizing reference, in case anyone is interested, this pillow is almost my height at 5ft 7in and wider than me when spread out on the bed. And it does not fold and does not become compact. It's weird how big it is.
